Primary and secondary controls
The main menu is located in the middle of the top edge of the application and controls the following functions:
With the microphone symbol the microphone can be switched on and off.

Microphone off
Microphone symbol grey and crossed out.

Microphone on
Microphone symbol blue

Push-to-Talk (PTT) activated
Microphone symbol orange and crossed out.
The push-to-talk function allows manual activation of the microphone by pressing a key. This is especially useful if you are in a place with lots of background noise.
The microphone is switched off when entering a conference room to prevent unintentional transmission.
With the camera symbol the behaviour of the camera can be adjusted.

Camera to VIP only on
Camera symbol blue with a star
When your camera is off, you will not be able to see the videos of the other persons in the meeting.
When camera to VIP only is active, you will only see the videos of VIPs and only VIPs will be able to see your video.
Use this function to interrupt an ongoing session without leaving the conference room.

Pause-Mode off

Pause-Mode on

- Camera and microphone are disabled in pause mode.
- Group chat can still be used in pause mode.
- A running screen share remains visible in pause mode..
With screen share, your own screen or a part of it can be filmed and transmitted to the participants of a conference.

The permission for screen share is given by the moderator.
With the second camera, the camera image of an additional camera can be transmitted to the participants of a conference.

Opens the participants and breakout groups panel

Group chat
Opens the group chat panel

Transcription and translation
Opens the transcription and translation panel
Toolbox
Opens the toolbox panel

Quick settings
Opens the quick settings panel

Home
Switches from the current room to the start screen

Leave room
Exits the current meeting room
The status menu is located at the bottom left of the application and controls the following functions:

Number of participants
Shows the number of participants in this conference room
Opens the participants and breakout groups panel

Number of participants
Shows the number of spectators in this conference room
Opens the settings menu show spectators in user list

Search users and rooms
Opens a search window to search for users and rooms

Sound off and on
Turns the sound of the application on and off

Screen share undocked
Displayed when the screen share window is undocked from the main window
Brings the undocked window to the foreground

Raise hand
Shows a hand symbol next to your name in the participant list to indicate that you want to say something
