We are following the principle of &#8220;Security by default&#8221; and &#8220;Privacy by default&#8221;. Participants can only download material curated by moderators from this tab.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Drag and drop one or more files into the window. Alternatively, click <button class=\"av-button--primary av-button\">Upload<\/button> in the lower right corner. The document folder on your PC will open. There you can choose the file you want to upload to the alfaview room by double-clicking it or clicking on the file followed by \u201cOpen.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>File Transfers<\/strong> window will open, allowing you to track the upload progress for each file in real time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the upload is complete, the file will be visible to everyone in the room via File Sharing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-alfaview-callout\">\n<p>Each room can store a maximum of 500 files (total maximum 1 GB) in File Sharing. Clicking the folder icon will open the file\u2019s storage location.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-alfaview-callout\">\n<p>You can also download multiple files at once. As soon as you click on a file name, checkboxes appear in front of the files. Here you can pin the file to the lobby, edit access to the file, report or delete it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-alfaview-callout\">\n<p>The file options can be selected individually for each file. You can also edit multiple files at once. As soon as you click on a file name, checkboxes appear in front of the files. The three-dot menu now appears at the bottom of the tab next to <button class=\"av-button--primary av-button\">Download<\/button>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you activate the checkbox in front of \u201cFiles from participants\u201d or \u201cFiles from moderators,\u201d all files that match the selection will be selected.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"pin-to-lobby\">Pin to lobby<a href=\"#pin-to-lobby\" class=\"av-heading-anchor\"><i class=\"bi bi-link\"><\/i><\/a><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The file appears at the top of the <strong>Participants<\/strong> tab in File Sharing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"more\">More<a href=\"#more\" class=\"av-heading-anchor\"><i class=\"bi bi-link\"><\/i><\/a><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>You can use the <strong>More<\/strong> option to report files if, for example, they contain inappropriate content. As soon as you click on <strong>Delete<\/strong>, a window will open in which you must confirm the deletion. Only then will the file be deleted from File Sharing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"access\">Access<a href=\"#access\" class=\"av-heading-anchor\"><i class=\"bi bi-link\"><\/i><\/a><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Downloadable<\/strong>: The file can be downloaded by moderators and participants in the room.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Listed<\/strong>: The file is visible in File Sharing but cannot be downloaded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hidden<\/strong>: Only the person who uploaded the file as well as moderators can see it.
