The entire process \u2013 plan overview, pricing calculator and checkout \u2013 is available directly in the alfaview <a href=\"https:\/\/support.alfaview.com\/en\/administration\/general\/administration-interface\/\">administration interface<\/a>. Your existing data, such as users, rooms and settings, is retained, and no new user account is created.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-alfaview-callout\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To upgrade your company, you need the role <strong>Owner<\/strong> or <strong>Manager<\/strong> as well as the permission <strong>Manage company settings<\/strong>. Make sure to book at least as many rooms as your company is already using. You can check your current usage in the <strong>Quotas<\/strong> tab under <a href=\"https:\/\/support.alfaview.com\/en\/administration\/company\/account-management\/#quotas\">Company Management<\/a>. If the number of existing rooms exceeds the quota you booked, your company is over quota. In that case, please contact our <a href=\"https:\/\/support.alfaview.com\/en\/troubleshooting\/log-files-and-contacting-support\/#i-need-support\">support team<\/a>, who will adjust the quotas for you.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"completing-the-booking\">Completing the booking<a href=\"#completing-the-booking\" class=\"av-heading-anchor\"><i class=\"bi bi-link\"><\/i><\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Review the total cost shown and add your billing details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete the payment via our payment provider. Your payment details are processed exclusively there; alfaview never has access to them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-alfaview-callout\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As your user account already exists, you will not receive a registration email and do not need to set a new password. You stay logged in with your existing credentials.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"after-the-upgrade\">After the upgrade<a href=\"#after-the-upgrade\" class=\"av-heading-anchor\"><i class=\"bi bi-link\"><\/i><\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the payment has been processed successfully, your company is automatically switched to the plan you booked:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The booked quotas are available immediately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The blue banner is no longer displayed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>Subscription<\/strong> section appears in the <strong>Company<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From now on, you manage your invoices, customer data and payment methods in the subscription management portal.
