Share files with other participants directly within alfaview meeting rooms. Upload files using a file picker or drag-and-drop, and download shared files to your device. Moderators can manage file visibility and upload permissions per group. File sharing<\/a> is available on all platforms including Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS, and the web client.<\/td><\/tr>

All text fields and labels on Windows and macOS now provide a native right-click context menu with standard options such as copy, paste, cut, and select all.<\/td><\/tr>
Technical Update<\/strong><\/td>Managed Configuration Policies<\/a><\/strong>
IT administrators can now enforce client-side restrictions through managed configuration policies<\/a>. On Windows, policies are deployed via Group Policy (ADMX templates included); on macOS and Linux, policies are deployed through file-based configuration. The first supported policy allows administrators to completely disable file sharing for all users in their organization.<\/td><\/tr>

Update<\/strong><\/td>		Improved Audio Quality on Unstable Connections<\/strong>
Voice communication now uses a faster, more resilient connection method. This results in noticeably reduced delay and significantly better audio quality, especially on unstable or congested networks. If the new connection method is unavailable, alfaview switches seamlessly with no action required.<\/td><\/tr>

The gallery view now supports configurable grid sizes with up to 200 video tiles per page. Grid size options are managed per room, giving administrators control over the maximum number of visible participants based on room capacity.<\/td><\/tr>

The alfaview web client is no longer restricted to specific browsers. Safari and mobile browsers are now supported, as long as the browser meets the necessary technical requirements.<\/td><\/tr>
