You can also link to your company&#8217;s privacy information. This will be displayed to participants before they enter one of your alfaview rooms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also permanently delete your company in this tab.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div your entry by clicking the <button class=\"av-button av-button--primary\">Save<\/button> button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you want to delete the previously entered privacy policy, click the <button class=\"av-button av-button--default\">Reset<\/button> button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"permanently-delete-a-company\">Permanently delete a company<a href=\"#permanently-delete-a-company\" class=\"av-heading-anchor\"><i class=\"bi bi-link\"><\/i><\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on the <button class=\"av-button av-button--error\">Delete Company<\/button> button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On the <a href=\"https:\/\/support.alfaview.com\/en\/administration\/company\/delete-company\/\">Delete Company<\/a> page, you can find further information on deleting the company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-alfaview-callout\">\n<p>Please note that when you delete a company, all of its data (users, rooms, guest links and group links) will be deleted and you will lose all your access rights.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"quotas\">Quotas<a href=\"#quotas\" displayed. You can also see how many rooms are available to you, how many you have already used, and how many rooms you have left to use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Participants<\/strong><br>This shows how many participants can join a room.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Spectators<\/strong><br>This quota indicates how many spectators can join your alfaview rooms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Groups<\/strong><br>Here you can see how many groups you can create per alfaview room and how many groups are still available to you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"meetings\">Meetings<a href=\"#meetings\" class=\"av-heading-anchor\"><i class=\"bi bi-link\"><\/i><\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Meeting Type<\/strong><br>This shows the types of meetings you have. It also shows the limit of meetings you can hold simultaneously.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Participants<\/strong><br>This quota indicates how many participants can join a meeting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Spectators<\/strong><br>This shows how many spectators can join your meeting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Groups<\/strong><br>This shows how many groups you can create per meeting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"transcription\">Transcription<a href=\"#transcription\" class=\"av-heading-anchor\"><i class=\"bi bi-link\"><\/i><\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This quota shows you how many minutes and hours of transcription time you have used and how much time you have left.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It also shows you when your transcription quota is renewed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"usage\">Usage<a href=\"#usage\" class=\"av-heading-anchor\"><i class=\"bi bi-link\"><\/i><\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Usage<\/strong> tab allows you to view statistics on how long and how often your rooms and meetings have been accessed. The report can be generated and downloaded for up to 32 consecutive days and up to 45 days in the past.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Two different graphs, one for rooms and one for meetings, visualize the statistics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"generate-and-download-a-report\">Generate and download a report<a href=\"#generate-and-download-a-report\" class=\"av-heading-anchor\"><i class=\"bi bi-link\"><\/i><\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click the calendar icon in the \u201c<strong>From<\/strong>\u201d line to set the start date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the day from which you want to generate the report. You can select a date from the last 45 days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the start time. Instructions on how to obtain your API credentials can be found on the <a href=\"https:\/\/support.alfaview.com\/en\/developers\/generate-api-credentials\/\">Generate API credentials<\/a> page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are already using one or more API keys, you can view them in the list. You can deactivate the API key by clicking on the <button class=\"av-button av-button--default\">Deactivate<\/button> button. The slider is activated when it is blue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now, the <strong>Logo<\/strong> settings tab and the two buttons <button class=\"av-button av-button--default\">Remove logo<\/button> and <button class=\"av-button--primary av-button\">Upload image<\/button> appear.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <button class=\"av-button--primary av-button\">Upload image<\/button> to open the file storage.
