This list aims to assist you in resolving the problem independently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you can\u2019t solve the problems yourself, please do not hesitate to contact our <a href=\"https:\/\/support.alfaview.com\/en\/first-steps\/getting-started\/troubleshooting-and-log-files\/#i-need-support\">support team<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"registration\">Registration<a href=\"#registration\" class=\"av-heading-anchor\"><i class=\"bi bi-link\"><\/i><\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-alfaview-callout\">\n<p>If you have received a guest link, there is no need to register an alfaview account. Simply click on the link to access your room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information, please refer to the page<a href=\"https:\/\/support.alfaview.com\/en\/first-steps\/your-start-in-alfaview\/join-an-alfaview-room\/\"> Join an alfaview room or meeting<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have not received a confirmation email after registering your alfaview account, please check the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please check your email program\u2019s junk folder as the confirmation email may have been incorrectly classified.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have you entered your email address correctly? If you are unsure, please complete the registration process again.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you still don\u2019t receive a confirmation email, please contact our <a href=\"https:\/\/support.alfaview.com\/en\/first-steps\/getting-started\/troubleshooting-and-log-files\/#i-need-support\">support team<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"forgot-password\">Forgot password<a href=\"#forgot-password\" class=\"av-heading-anchor\"><i class=\"bi bi-link\"><\/i><\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have forgotten your password, you don\u2019t need to register again. Instead, please use the function <a href=\"https:\/\/app.alfaview.com\/#\/reset-password\/\">Forgot password<\/a> and follow the instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"installation\">Installation<a href=\"#installation\" class=\"av-heading-anchor\"><i class=\"bi bi-link\"><\/i><\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If the installation fails to start, please check these possible solutions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>General solutions<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please check if the installation dialog is running in the background.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please check your computer\u2019s taskbar to see if the alfaview app is already running.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Microsoft Windows<\/strong><br>alfaview needs a 64-bit operating system. Please check if your system meets the <a href=\"https:\/\/support.alfaview.com\/en\/miscellaneous\/technical-information\/system-and-network-requirements\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/support.alfaview.com\/en\/miscellaneous\/technical-information\/system-and-network-requirements\/\">system requirements<\/a> by navigating to <strong>Control Panel &gt; System &gt; About &gt; Device Specifications &gt; System Type<\/strong><em>.<br><\/em>For an installation guide, please refer to page <a href=\"https:\/\/support.alfaview.com\/en\/first-steps\/your-start-in-alfaview\/installation-windows\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/support.alfaview.com\/en\/first-steps\/your-start-in-alfaview\/installation-windows\/\">Installation on Windows<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-alfaview-callout\">\n<p>The alfaview app can only be installed under Microsoft Windows on <strong>64-bit operating systems<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Apple macOS<br><\/strong>To run alfaview, your Mac must have at least a 10.13 operating system. Please check under <strong>System Preferences &gt; General &gt; About<\/strong> to see if your macOS meets the <a href=\"https:\/\/support.alfaview.com\/en\/miscellaneous\/technical-information\/system-and-network-requirements\/\">system requirements<\/a>.<br>For an installation guide, please refer to page <a href=\"https:\/\/support.alfaview.com\/en\/first-steps\/your-start-in-alfaview\/installation-mac\/\">Installation on macOS<\/a>.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-alfaview-callout\">\n<p>The alfaview app can only be installed under Apple macOS on a <strong>10.13 (High Sierra) operating system or newer.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Linux<br><\/strong>Currently, alfaview can be installed on Debian\/Ubuntu and Fedora\/RedHat Linux systems. Please check whether your computer meets the <a href=\"https:\/\/support.alfaview.com\/en\/miscellaneous\/technical-information\/system-and-network-requirements\/\">system requirements<\/a>.<br>You can find installation instructions on the <a href=\"https:\/\/support.alfaview.com\/en\/first-steps\/your-start-in-alfaview\/installation-linux-mobile\/\">Installation for Linux<\/a> page.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-alfaview-callout\">\n<p>The alfaview app can be installed on Linux on <strong>Debian\/Ubuntu<\/strong> or <strong>Fedora\/RedHat <\/strong>systems.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"alfaview-app\">alfaview App<a href=\"#alfaview-app\" class=\"av-heading-anchor\"><i class=\"bi bi-link\"><\/i><\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you start the alfaview app and cannot see the room and meeting list, it may be because you do not have access to any rooms yet.
