No special permissions are required to create a meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You can decide whether to start the meeting immediately or schedule it for a later time and date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The meeting is only visible to the person who created it. They can access the meeting through their meeting list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All other participants need an invitation link to join a meeting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participants who are currently in a meeting cannot be found using the <a href=\"https:\/\/support.alfaview.com\/en\/alfaview-app\/home-screen\/search-for-rooms-and-users\/\">search function<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meetings are always temporary and will be deleted automatically once the defined duration has been reached.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-alfaview-callout\">\n<p>Please note that the meeting function is not included in every plan and must be enabled for your company. Please note that only registered users are able to create meetings.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information, please refer to the page <a href=\"\/en\/administration\/meetings\/\">Meetings<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"rooms\">Rooms<a href=\"https:\/\/support.alfaview.com\/en\/alfaview-app\/home-screen\/meetings-and-rooms\/#rooms\"><\/a><a href=\"#rooms\" class=\"av-heading-anchor\"><i class=\"bi bi-link\"><\/i><\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Members of your company can enter all alfaview rooms they have permission for at any time. You can grant guests either permanent or temporary permission to enter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Organize your rooms clearly by creating a <a href=\"https:\/\/support.alfaview.com\/en\/administration\/room-management\/room-structure-and-departments\/\">Room structure<\/a>. Each room can have up to 50 breakout rooms for collaborative work or meetings. The main room offers <a href=\"https:\/\/support.alfaview.com\/en\/alfaview-app\/alfaview-room\/primary-and-secondary-controls\/live-transcription-and-digital-interpreter\/\">Live transcription and translation<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You can configurate <a href=\"https:\/\/support.alfaview.com\/en\/administration\/room-management\/room-features\/\">individual settings<\/a> for each room.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Company members with the necessary permission can access rooms without a link.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can create <a href=\"https:\/\/support.alfaview.com\/en\/administration\/room-management\/guest-link\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/support.alfaview.com\/en\/administration\/room-management\/guest-link\/\">Guest and group links<\/a> for individual rooms to invite people who are not part of your company. These links can be time-limited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rooms are permanent and have to be deleted manually.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"favorite-rooms\">Favorite rooms<a href=\"#favorite-rooms\" class=\"av-heading-anchor\"><i class=\"bi bi-link\"><\/i><\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p>You can favorite rooms. This makes it easier to find rooms that you use frequently. All favorite rooms are displayed in the <strong>Favourite rooms<\/strong> <strong>list <\/strong>above the general <strong>Rooms list<\/strong>. If you do not have added any rooms as favorites, the list is not visible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on the context menu <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"20\" height=\"20\" class=\"wp-image-2121\" style=\"width: 20px;\" src=\"https:\/\/support.alfaview.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/dots.png\" alt=\"\"> of the room you want to add to your favorites.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the heart icon in the top right corner of the window.
