Older versions are not supported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>At the moment the Outlook add-in is not yet compatible with the mobile platforms (iOS\/Android).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>We provide an alfaview add-in for Microsoft Outlook 365. The add-in allows you to create alfaview meetings directly in your Microsoft Outlook 365 calendar and to send the meeting link to your participants.<br>More information on the alfaview meeting function can be found here:&nbsp;<a href=\"\/en\/administration\/meetings\/\">Meetings<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you have logged in to the add-in, you will remain logged in for 30 manifest file.<br>The instructions below will guide you through the installation process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log into the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/app.alfaview.com\/#\/login\">alfaview administration interface&nbsp;<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the point <strong>Company<\/strong> from the menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the add-ins tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the <button class=\"av-button av-button--primary\">Download Manifest-File<\/button> button to download it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"as-an-outlook-365-user\">As an Outlook 365 user<a class=\"bi bi-link\"><\/i><\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that the installation of add-ins must be approved by your administrator.<br>You can find more information on installing Outlook add-ins in the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/en-us\/office\/get-an-office-add-in-for-outlook-1ee261f9-49bf-4ba6-b3e2-2ba7bcab64c8\"><strong>Microsoft Supportcenter<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open Microsoft Outlook 365.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <strong>Get add-ins<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>my add-ins<\/strong> in the menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scroll down to the <strong>Custom add-ins<\/strong> area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <strong>add a custom add-in<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <strong>add from file<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the previously downloaded xml file.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirm the privacy warning by clicking on <strong>install<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The add-in is now installed and can be managed under the <strong>my add-ins<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"as-an-outlook-365-administrator\">As an Outlook 365 administrator<a href=\"https:\/\/support.alfaview.com\/en\/miscellaneous\/outlook-add-in\/outlook-add-installation\/#as-an-outlook-365-administrator\"><\/a><a href=\"#as-an-outlook-365-administrator\" class=\"av-heading-anchor\"><i class=\"bi bi-link\"><\/i><\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As an administrator of Microsoft Office 365, you can roll out the alfaview add-in for your users.<br>More information on deploying Outlook add-ins can be found in the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/learn.microsoft.com\/en-us\/microsoft-365\/admin\/manage\/manage-deployment-of-add-ins?view=o365-worldwide\"><strong>Microsoft Supportcenter<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open the Microsoft Office 365 Admin Center.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to <strong>settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose <strong>integrated apps<\/strong> from the menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <strong>deploy add-in<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose the app-type <strong>Office-Add-In<\/strong> in the dropdown menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose <strong>Deploy Manifest file (.xml)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <strong>add from file<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose the previously downloaded xml file and click on <strong>next<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assign the desired users or groups and click on <strong>next<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accept the permissions requirements and click on <strong>next<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review the details and click on <strong>Finish Deployment<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The add-in is now available to your users.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3
