You can also link to <a href=\"#external-tool\">external tools<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"open-the-tool-manager\">Open the Tool manager<a href=\"#open-the-tool-manager\" class=\"av-heading-anchor\"><i class=\"bi bi-link\"><\/i><\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can either open the Tool manager via the alfaview app or the <a href=\"https:\/\/support.alfaview.com\/en\/administration\/room-management\/\">room management<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In the alfaview app:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open the Toolbox in the secondary menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the <button class=\"av-button av-button--primary\">Tool manager<\/button> button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the relevant tool. You will now be redirected to the Tool manager in your web browser. If external links, polls, quick votes or star ratings have already been created for this room, you will see them in the list.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In the room management:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log in to the <a href=\"https:\/\/app.alfaview.com\/#\/login\">Administration interface<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the menu on the left, click on <strong>Rooms.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open the room settings for the room in which you want to create the query. This entry is <strong>optional<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Address:<\/strong> Enter the web address (URL) of your link. All participants in an alfaview room can work on it together and download the results. The whiteboard is automatically deleted after a week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-alfaview-callout\">\n<p>You can create only one whiteboard per alfaview room. Only participants with the <a href=\"https:\/\/support.alfaview.com\/en\/administration\/general\/room-permissions\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/support.alfaview.com\/en\/administration\/general\/room-permissions\/\">room permission<\/a> \u201cAllow screen sharing\u201d can actively work on the whiteboard. You can decide whether the participants in your alfaview room can vote for one or multiple answers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Quick vote<\/strong><br>If you want to get a quick insight into what the participants in your alfaview room think, the quick vote is most suitable. The answers <strong>Yes<\/strong>, <strong>No<\/strong> and <strong>Abstain<\/strong> are already set. You can add further answer options.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Star rating<\/strong><br>The star rating allows participants to rate a question, item or suggestion by awarding between one and five stars.
