Cancel subscriptions (Paying Customers)

If you’d like to cancel your alfaview subscription as a paying customer, there are several ways to do so.

Cancellation via Subscription Management

  • Log in to Subscription Management. You’ll find instructions on the “The path to subscription management” page.
  • Once you’re logged in, navigate to My subscriptions. Here you’ll find a list of all the alfaview plans you’ve purchased.
  • Open the three-dot menu next to the subscription you want to cancel and click Cancel.
  • A window with a warning message will open. Read it and then click the Confirm button.
  • Your subscription will automatically expire at the end of the current billing period.

You can also find the online cancellation form on our website, alfaview.com. You are welcome to use this form to cancel your paid subscription with alfaview. Please be sure to review the linked privacy policy.
