Invite users

Depending on the permissions, you can access the Invite user feature. Within an alfaview account several users can be invited. To invite a user, proceed as follows:

• Click on User management in the main menu of the administration interface.
• Now click on Invite users.
• You can add additional users by using the extra input line.
• Complete the form and hit the Invite users button.

As a result, all invited users receive a confirmation email. The contained link must be opened in the browser in order to activate the user and set a password.
